"I hadn't ridden for over 20 years when I decided to get back on a bike. I walked into the dealership not knowing anyone or what I was really looking for. The first person I meet was geoff which made me feel at home and as if I the customer was the most important reason why he was there. I know he really wanted me to leave because I asked so many questions and took so much time with each bike However, Geoff never asked me to leave and he took the time to explain the differences between the bikes I was looking at and He keep asking me questions about myself and soon He knew what bike I was looking for before I did. I have bought three bikes from them now and will continue to purchase all my bikes new or used from them.
I wll say this each department from sales, service and parts have great people that take the time to help you and ensure You are getting the attention You need to order the right part or, the right service on your bike.

"I bought two waverunners two weeks ago. I had Allen Post as my salesperson. I had the best experience ever buying these waverunners because of Allen. He took his time and explained everything to me. This was the first time ever buying watercraft and he made it so easy. My family and I took them out for a test drive and loved every minute of it. Because of everything that Allen explained to us was true. The first trip went off without a hitch. The maintenance we did to the watercrafts were so easy, again because how it was explained to us by Allen. We went back to the store to pick up our order the other day and saw him. He stayed with us the whole time making sure we received everything that we ordered and wanted to hear about our first trip. I will tell any of my friends and family to come to this store and ask for Allen whenever they buy any Yamaha products. He is a valuble asset to your company. "When I walked into Houston Yamaha Motorsports I was indecisive to say the least about what I wanted to purchase (whether it was a sport bike, a cruiser, a dirt bike, or maybe even a sport quad; I was simply looking at what Yamaha & Polaris had to offer). I immediately felt welcome however, because all of the sales associates were eager to help me with any and all of the questions that I had. They were not pushing me in any direction just simply showing me what they had in their inventory and allowing me to browse. Allen who was my sales associate showed me at least 10 different vehicles (used and new) until I decided that the 2008 Raptor 700 was the right choice for me. He then walked me through the Finance process, and explained what options were available. I would recommend Houston Yamaha Motorsports to anyone/everyone as they meet and exceed any expectations you may have. Customer satisfaction is definitely their top priority and it shows as soon as you walk into their store.

"i had flooded my raptor 660r with water and phoned the service dept before i had figured out what happened. Brian Mckinley instructed me to bring it in immediatedly for a resuscitation for water damage. i did and he brought it to the back as soon as i got there. after working on it for many hours, i'm sure after closing, the issue was identified, and work proceeded. Brian phoned me as soon as he knew anything about the condition of my quad. after the store was closed for the week, he called me the next day and told me that my engine had been saved!!!! imagine my relief!!!! so i came to pick it up and it runs better than it ever has. my hat is off to entire service depatment, mechanics and the entire store. everyone is extremely friendly, courteous and does not try to "get the almighty dollar". this dealership has a customer for LIFE and i will always reccomend this location. thank you again, jason baber "

"I have owned many bikes in the past 25 years. I recently purchased a Buell from the local Harley dealer and was looking to buy a second sport bike for my girlfriend. I didn’t really plan on buying a bike at the time because I was just looking for jackets for her. The sales staff was so polite and knowledgeable that we bought the second bike in our fleet from them..a 2006 FZ6 for the wife. That was about 4-5 months ago. We had such a good experience that we have since purchased a VX-110 wave runner and last month a 50tt moto-x bike for my 6 year old girl. I just wish I would have looked there before buying my Buell. We will continue to purchase from them for any and ALL future purchases. We plan to purchase a second wave runner next summer and maybe and R6 in the next few months . I have been in sales most of my life and it’s nice to finally see there is a place that has staff at all levels that go the extra mile."
